This place is basically just Motel 6 with a refrigerator. The rooms are large but basically empty, no amenities, nothing facy, just a bed and lame excuse for a kitchenette. Fine for a one night stay, but I would not suggest it for any extended stay.

It was fantastic. Very clean, updated, spacious with a kitchenette, huge tv. It would be nice if the kitchenette was stocked, you just have to ask for plates/bowls, utensils, etc. But for $120 it was amazing.

After staying for ten days at the Ukiah location, the manager appeared when I asked whether I could change rooms if I extended my stay. The bed springs and spongy mattress were now waking me each night. He asked if there was anything else. I responded the advertised breakfast consisting of a miniature pastry, nature bar, and coffee were inadequate. He became very angry from the critique and from my knowledge he had removed all of the dishes, flat ware, cooking utensils, and coffee makers from each room at the time of Covid and never returned the items once the pandemic ended. The manager became incensed when I told him he was rude and behaving poorly to a customer after he declared I was rude, and he told me to leave the hotel “at once”. I told him I have three unused days on the reservation. He told the young woman at the counter to return the money to Travago. She said she did not know how.

I packed and left. I have been trying to get the refunded money from Travago ever since. No luck locating someone who will help me. ESA has my money. I suspect I will never see it.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The workers are rude, inexperienced and untasteful. Don’t even get me started on the rooms, not worth the money at all. I wouldn’t sleep here for free. I was nothing but nice and received horrible service in return. I saw multiple cockroaches in the lobby and the person at the front desk was on a good one. I’m surprised they aren’t shut down yet. DONT SLEEP HERE.

I work statewide all year round and I always book hotel rooms for a week and I look for the ones that they offer kitchenette so I can warm up my food and made my coffee in the mornings and toast my bread this hotel offer kitchenette but is the only hotel that has kitchenette and not coffee maker and toaster also if I book a hotel for a week I expect to have clean towels for the whole week but not in this one there is only two towel and I tiny bottle of shampoo and when I went to the front desk to ask for a clean towel they told me I have to bring the dirt ones to the front desk to exchange them for a clean ones !! So I have to go all the way to 3th floor trying to rush to get the dirty towels so I can take a shower and not get late to work !!! Breakfast and coffee is a -10 a granola bar it’s not a breakfast , door has not stopper..
