Hands down the best mechanic shop. Joe and Danette are incredible people, with a business that truly helps their community. They not only did a fantastic job repairing my beloved 92 ford ranger but they also helped me with a payment plan and THEN privately solicited community donations to help me pay it off right before Christmas. Took a load to Eureka CA, while going downhill, my fan blade busted and did some damages to the radiator and power steering reserve tank. I managed to pull over to the side of the road and gave a call to Joe from Essentials Fleet Service out of Willits, CA.
What a warrior! He helped me right away, sent his best mechanic, Reese. Allowed me to avoid towing and drove to his garage. Joe and Danette are awesome- they found all the needed parts. They even drove me to the local hotel and took me to a car rental place too. They do care about their customers and keep you updated with during the process.
So if you have any issues hit them up you won’t be disappointed….Thanks again guys.

We were on vacation in our motorhome and developed a brake problem (rear brake dragging and getting extremely hot), we were in a panic not knowing what to do. Called Essential Fleet Services, talked to Joe, he gave me directions to their location, we arrived a few minutes later, not knowing what we were up against.
Joe and his mechanic got on it right away, diagnosed the problem, made some adjustments, and we were back on the road.
Drove at least another 1000 miles with no problems!
