I had a frustrating experience with the secretary and the doctor. My husband had chickenpox, and we tried to make an appointment, but the doctor was out of the office and didn’t have anyone covering for him. Later, my husband needed to apply for disability. I understand that applying online is faster and easier, but we tried multiple times and had difficulties. The doctor refused to sign the paper form, and because we weren’t completing the process online, he charged us $20 to fill out the paperwork. Overall, it was very disappointing service.

Mr.James Kong will let you take unnecessary ultrasound several times. He doesn’t really care his patient and without blood test results he makes arbitrary decision. Without lab blood test results trying let patient believe she has a badly condition! Beware!

I feel very fortunate to have a doctor who listens and cares about his patients. He is throuhal and spot on. Took me years to find a good doctor. So grateful for all he has done.
