Craig was helpful and efficient when I took my 2008 Ford Ranger in for repair. He and his team diagnosed the problem in a couple of hours and scheduled the repair for a couple of days later. My truck is running great, and I will take it to DFM Auto for any future repairs. Thanks for all your help, Craig and team.

I brought my car here for a vehicle safety systems inspection. To their credit while dropping the car off they did answer my questions and told me that it would fail. I was able to avoid having them do the inspection and paying their $540 fee.
The problem is that the issues they stated the car would fail for were incorrect. After reviewing the Bureau of Automotive Repairs own manual and a conversation with BAR’s consumer assistance line the information provided by DFM was all incorrect. A different shop performed the VSSI and passed the vehicle with no issues.
