. I am posting this to reach the owner directly, as management refused to take accountability for damaging my car.
A few weeks ago, an employee scrubbed my windshield so hard it left a chip. The manager argued with me and insisted it was impossible, even though my dash cam caught the entire thing on camera. As a former car wash ASL, I know how these operations work and how easily glass chips.
Some people might think it’s crazy to push this hard over a windshield, but what’s right is right and what’s wrong is wrong. Your employee was wrong, and forcing a customer to pay for your team’s mistake is bad business. I am fully prepared to get a lawyer involved if that’s what it takes to get this resolved. I hope the owner reaches out to fix this before it goes any further

The vacuum hoses are often either broken or won’t turn on. But the drive-through car wash is decent.

This car wash has everything in stock, is cleaned, and well serviced. All of the machines worked. I don’t know what more one could ask for! The car reader worked in the bay I used. I didn’t see a card reader for the vacuums

I’ve never had a problem with their equipment, but I would recommend spraying off the brush before you use it on your car. It’s often full of mud from the last person that used it. I really appreciate the alarm when the timer gets down to 1 minute, not all car washes have this feature. They keep the place clean and well maintained, what more can you ask for from a car wash?
