If I could rate them higher than a 5 I would!!! They’ve worked on my car a few times and every time it was such a pleasant experience. They are always so helpful and incredibly kind! They most recently helped me make sure my car was in good shape to drive out of town to see family and the whole experience was painless. They even lent me their loaner car so I didn’t have to take two different busses and two hours to get from Eureka to Arcata. I recommend them to all my friends!

I just got my oil change and they found something that could be a problem down the road and provided me with an estimate for that repair. They didn’t push me to get the repair done immediately and they gave me the information to help me make a decision.
