probably the best burrito I have ever consumed. came back the same day to get one for later. this food is so fresh and so nourishing. the vegan options do not feel like an afterthought. highly recommend!!

I got the House, Birria and Grilled Chicken tacos. They even served consumme when I asked for it. Amazing food. Meats were juicy and tender. Tortilla was thick enough to soak all the juices without breaking easily. Eat bite was heaven.
Wife got Shrimp and the Mushrooms. She loved it too.
Super delicious. Highly recommend.

Ingredients were fresh, the tortillas are tasty too. The mushroom taco, and the ground beef taco were excellent. Everything else needs some salt, especially the guac—it was so bland… given that, it wasn’t bad for a Mexican food truck in the middle of Humboldt. It was also expensive—six tacos, a side of guac, and two drinks for $70 including tip.

I ordered the super nachos with birria, 2 birria tacos, the tres leches cupcake with peaches, and a Mexican coke to round it out. Service was quick and friendly, all my questions were answered warmly as well.
The tacos were superb-the tortillas were fresh and tasted homemade, the meat was tender and fresh, and all the toppings were perfect compliments to the protein.
The nachos featured the same delicious tortillas but with so much crunch. The guacamole was perfectly balanced, the salsa was nice and spicy, and the cheese was grilled to perfection.
The tres leches cupcake was dense, rich, and creamy with just the right hint of brightness from the locally sourced peaches.
I was highly impressed with this little taco truck, you’d be hard pressed to find something that compares in the area. I will definitely be going back in the near future!
