Came in this morning to the Stevenson Ranch location. The hostess was very welcoming and only one with a smile. Upon being seated and taking our food order, our waitress never followed up on how the food came out or offer for our drinks to be filled. I ordered Chilaquilles and they were so bland and potatoes under cooked. She passed by us on numerous occasions while we had been done with our plate. Tried to get her attention for the check and never looked over to our table. As soon as I was able to flag down the manager, she came by and dropped off our check. Manager apologized for the inconvenience after telling him how long we had been waiting for. Horrible service, not worth coming here for white version mexican food

Way over priced, very little food! Chilaquiles are just Sauce, Cheese and Chips for $18 not even an Egg! You want egg “or” meat it’s $24! Not even both! That’s insane! I’ve never seen that in all my chilaquiles ordering life! I can understand to add meat maybe but an egg! How much food cost is it for chips sauce and egg! Or even an egg! I can’t believe this place. Verde Sauce was also very acidic.

Very overpriced mexican food 100% I paid 20.84 for a good presentation burrito of only ham and bacon some of the cheapest meat you can buy and add to your breakfast that price is ridiculous should have at least all three meats of pork mines well for the price. The flavor is good just overloaded with potatoe I dojt mind potatoe but for 20$! I rather have more eggs and meat then more potatoe. Would i get a breakfast burrito again definitely no. Ordered a chicken Chipotle sandwich and that was very mid as in very basic a farmer boys sandwich would be way! Better to enjoy and for the price also would be better then getting a sandwich here.

Overall, we had a decent experience at Casa Canela. The atmosphere and service were both excellent (5 stars!). However, the food was a bit of a mixed bag. My enchiladas had a very strong lime/citrus flavor—likely from too many tomatillos in the sauce—though they were still good enough to finish. My husband’s Mango Habanero chilaquiles were also a bit too sweet for his liking. Great vibes, but the flavors could use a little more balance.

Customer service not the best experience, maybe because we are black. Brought my family here to try something different.
Got our order wrong and mixed up.
    Gave my kids allergic reaction.
They gave a different Customer jalapeño for free but would charge me.
    Cons: Not kid friendly
    Customer service not the best.
