My daughter was in a car accident, and I had her vehicle towed to Car Star. From the very first call, they were outstanding. The staff was super friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful every time I had questions.
Even though her car was ultimately totaled and they weren’t going to be doing any repair work, they still went out of their way to guide me through the insurance process, offered honest advice, and treated us with respect. They even removed the plates for my daughter so she could just pick them up hassle-free.
That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare. Because of this experience, Car Star will absolutely be my go-to auto body shop for any future needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that cares about people as much as cars.
UPDATE.. my Tacoma was rear ended waiting at a crosswalk for a person. We brought it in. They took care of it very fast and professionally. It looks great they went above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier. Love this place.

CarStar worked with me and my car amazingly. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, they did great work, and my car looks amazing. It came back to me cleaned and detailed after only 4 days of being worked on. We’d been hit and run by a drunk driver, and my car needed its back end fixed up. They were able to very quickly and efficiently work with my insurance (the drunk driver, once tracked down, was found to be uninsured…shocker, right?). They worked extra hard to make sure I had my vehicle back to me before the weekend. Absolutely would recommend!
