The waitress was incredibly personable and offered many suggestions as well as meal combinations. The arroz con pollo was exceptional “the best I ever had” with the sweet plantains! And the prices were unbelievable for the portions. We will certainly return!

Hands down best cocktail menu ever. I love the dos pepinos, pepinos locos, and the cucumber michelada . Every time I’m in Bakersfield this place is a must from their gallo negro burrito, mole enchiladas, or elote wings . I’ve never had a bad meal here.

Customer service could be better. I went for a sister birthday lunch with some family. We never were asked if we wanted refills of our drinks I understand it got busy but they only checked on us once and never again. An older lady handed the check to the birthday girl instead of setting it on the table! I feel like that was quite rude as well tbh.. it felt rushed as well, usually good customer service would be setting the bill on the table saying no rush and asking if we needed anything but nope she looked at my sister and handed her the bill! Then I needed to go pay and I went to the front desk since I was paying thru my phone instead of physical card. The same lady who handed my sister the bill stared at me and didn’t come up at all until like 15 mins later! We felt ignored and I won’t be coming back.

This was my first time visiting the West Coast, and I’m usually spoiled by the amazing Mexican food in the South, but this place definitely did not disappoint. The flavors were spot on, and the meat was incredibly juicy and cooked to perfection. A friend recommended this spot for the chilaquiles, but unfortunately they weren’t available, which was a bit of a bummer. Still, the customer service more than made up for it, our server was hilarious and made sure we always had everything we needed or wanted.

Came in for first time a few days ago, and was really glad i finally did. Staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well organized, the Mexican theme was really fun as well. I got an original burrito with asada, and it was really good, my wife got the fajitas, and i tried one of them and they were amazing. The rice and beans were really good as well. Definitely would recommend this place, and will be back again soon to try the buffet they have, it looked good when we were there.
