I pay my PG&E bill here pretty often. I walked in today and the couple was working and yes they were both helping someone at one desk. I stood there with a smile on my face for about a minute and no one even made eye contact with me or greeted me. I was in customer service for 2 decades. Just greet your customer and say “ill be with you in a minute”. Then at least you’re not made to feel invisible. It’s not like they were busy.
