What a wonderful RV park! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The owner is incredibly friendly, hospitable, and attentive, and the service feels personal and customized rather than one-size-fits-all.
The park has such a cozy, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere that it quickly feels like a home away from home. Add the beautiful weather and peaceful surroundings, and it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your stay.
It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality makes such a difference. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

Allen was great at getting us set up, made sure we had anything we could need (fire wood!), and was willing to move us if there was a problem. Very community feel immediately with a play area for the kids, spacious to walk the dog, and good space between rows for a no-stress parking job!
We had a blast and would come here again in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The campground was quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located near the falls, making it a great base for exploring the area. During our visit, we were the only RV guests, which made for a very relaxing experience.
Communication from the owner was excellent from start to finish. We especially appreciated the added amenities, including a basketball court and a small pickleball court, both of which we used daily. It’s clear that the owner takes pride in providing a welcoming experience for guests.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet campground with attentive ownership and easy access to local attractions.

This place is FANTASTIC! We got in on a last minute cancellation. Had an amazing spot with full hook ups. Fire ring was provided. Allen who runs the place is an absolute amazing guy. It’s gated and secure. Highly recommend this place if you’re going to Burney Falls.

Beautiful RV park in Northern California with a peaceful and charming atmosphere surrounded by trees. The owner was incredibly generous and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The park has great amenities, including basketball, tennis, and badminton areas, making it perfect for both relaxing and having fun outdoors. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!
