Perfect location right in the middle of all the good restaurants. Within walking distance to Walgreens, O’Riley’s,and eureka natural foods. Clean cozy rooms. You can watch the sun set without going anywhere. Also the service was amazing I accidentally gave Hothi he was in the office $200 more then I was supposed to and he was honest and brought it back to me. He’s a very nice and respectful man. I would definitely recommend the Broadway motel to my friends.

As everyone can see, it’s all about how much, after all, all ya need is a clean room with a comfortable bed and a roof that don’t leak.
The motel 6 across the road wanted 138 a night and the holiday Inn started at 185.
Pretty shabby but My friends from certain regions are gonna bring it back.
They have smoking rooms. Hot water only takes 3 minutes to get there, some rooms take 10 minutes,

If I was giving a rating based solely on customer service, then this place would get a five star. If I was giving a rating based solely on the quality of room, then I would give a -10. The walls were cracking and peeling paint, the wooden trim had strips where tape had been ripped off and taken the coloring off as well. The pillows were stained and there were burn holes in the bed cover. There was a missing knob on the inside of the bathroom door and small black curly hairs stuck all over the door. Instead of a curtain for the bathroom window, they screwed a pillowcase into the wall. Honestly I didn’t want to touch anything in there. The price and customer service were the only redeeming qualities. Also it’s only a 30 min walk to downtown, so that’s a plus.
