Beware you cannot return items. You’re only allowed to get store credit or exchange items. The employees will not tell this. It is your job to make sure that you look at the store policies. Yesterday on Sunday, I purchased a skirt in hopes it would match my shirt I have at home. I went today to go and return a skirt I purchased yesterday unaware of this policy. The brown hair manager told me I could only get store credit/exchange the item. She apologized and told me that the girl who checked me out yesterday was new and They don’t tell every customer about their policy . So I let the manager know well I’m a new customer as of yesterday and when the new employee was making my profile that is when she should’ve told me hey this is your purchase policy Return policy, etc. She wanted me to sympathize with the fact that her employee was new, but didn’t want to sympathize with the fact that I was a new customer and unaware of their store policies so again she offered me an exchange or store credit. I said store credit very unhappy with the outcome and let her know that I’d be making a review about my interaction today. And all of a sudden, she hands me a receipt and tells me that I got a refund back to my credit card. I will be shopping here again no doubt they have exceptionally cute clothes My teenage daughter loves their boutique. the owner and manager not wanting to honor the refund but wanting me to sympathize that you had a new employee was a little shocking. I appreciate that the manager did make things right at the end, but it was the hassle that I had to argue my point.

Update response to owner- I typically do not shop at local boutiques as they are overpriced and I can purchase for cheaper else where. And I very much understand being a small locally owned business as I own one and also work for another one. Where we do give refunds. And you were given the 4 star because of the hassle I had to go through and the fact you asked me to sympathize and you couldn’t even be sympathetic yourself.

Nice quality clothing store with my favorite sun glasses! (Ray Bans) Clean decore and even a small bar if your significant other gets bored while you are shopping. Serious womans boots and nice jewelry. Check it out!

Literally my favorite clothing store in Eureka. Between the great customer service and the awesome selection, you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend you go and give them a shot.
