Probably a time of year thing, but the creek smells like a fish cleaning station. Pit toilet clean and stocked.
Picnic tables don’t have much for shade, but that’s what canopies and camp chairs are for right?
As for showers, a little further down the road is Indian Valley Reservoir Camp Ground.
It’s a pay campground. The showers do NOT work.

Some pretty good dirt bike trails. Rough long road to get to Blue Oak, but some shade and a creek that goes through the campground. You can stage at the entrance off hwy 20 and ride in.

This was our first time here it appeared to be nice but most trails are for dirt bikes and we have a side by side.

Great location! Good bathrooms with showers woo hoo! Took our pup with us! We’ll be back for sure! Ranger came to make sure we paid for our spot. Nice quiet nights & beautiful views! I recommend getting a spot next to the water! We were able to walk down and play in it

Great day riding with Motoxotica. Demo Day with the new Beta and Husqvarna. Nice hill climbs and single trails along with fire trails. 45-50 mile loop around Indian Valley Reservoir will test your technical along with your endurance if you make it out alive. Had a few cliff hangers that could have ended a whole lot differently than they did. Living on the edge and living the dream.
