Went in looking for a specific item and the girls upfront got it for me right away. In and out in less than 5 minutes! Will be back to explore the store and see what else they have.

This place is nice for their wide selection of premium organic fertilizers. I get most of my garden supplies here like bamboo sticks or redwood stakes as they’re better priced than local competitors. They have the best offering of Foxfarm products including soil types. Staff are very helpful and friendly as the store is quite large to navigate. They have a small but quality selection of plants for sale in the spring, have a better selection of cages for vining plants like tomatoes than other stores.

At 10 o’clock on a Friday morning, nobody answers the phone. I guess they figure I should drive 30 minutes to find out if they have what I want. I tried two different phone numbers, including customer service. No customer service.

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here and at rhe Redding store and they wouldn’t let me return 1 $80 product that was in perfect unused condition because I didn’t have the receipt eventhoufg I paid with a credit card.
They turned me away after come in 3 different times changing their story and policy every time.
Lose yourself thousands of dollars in business over the years for an $80 product? Clearly was an unwise choice for me to spend my money with your company when you treat your customers so poorly.
