My family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The pool was heated and was clean. The hot tub felt amazing after a long day. The complementary breakfast was delicious there was a wide variety of food. The location was in a good spot. This was a fantastic hotel. And we would stay here again.

This place is amazing, great service Silvia and Merced are fantastic and deserve a raise! rooms are big, breakfast is really good. If you care about updated furniture or esthetics this is probably not your vibe. But the bed is incredibly comfortable. They just dont make beds like they used too. None of this memory foam crap. I met a guy last night that was saying he gets his best sleep here and I have to agree.
Come here for the charm, the service and the good food! You won’t regret it.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was spot on for the $ paid. We upgraded sightly to a balcony room, and we truly had a view of the bay as advertised. It is not a frilly place, but it met all of our expectations. The rooms were clean, stocked, and they were happy to provide fresh towels and coffee service on request. The room felt comfortable, had enough room for us, and was very clean. The showers had nice hot water and great water pressure, and a shower curtain that did NOT stick to your legs. The offer a free breakfast, and it was well stocked frequently and had reasonable quality food for a free hotel breakfast. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The center courtyard was beautiful, it had a large koy pond and a babbling stream, the frog sounds at night were awesome! We had no complaints at all about this place, it was perfect for the cost of the room.

Great 3-night stay with excellent service!
We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The front desk staff in the main lobby were highly professional and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it is very well-maintained. Our room was on the third floor and was in great condition.
One unique feature is the spacious central courtyard garden surrounded by the guest rooms. It has a nice pond with fish and frogs; the frogs can get a bit loud at night, which made falling asleep right away a little challenging, but it adds a natural touch to the property.
The staff at the cafeteria were also amazing—always friendly, constantly keeping the area clean and tidy, and ensuring the food was always well-stocked. Overall, a great experience!

Great stay, room was nice and clean. The koi pond area was pretty and we liked leaving door open to listen to the frogs. Close to mall and bay trail. Super nice pool. Indoor hot tub didn’t have the best jets but was a great temperature. We didn’t get a chance to use outdoor hot tub, but looked nice. Zac the evening front desk guy was super helpful and welcoming, even going above and beyond to make sure there were towels in pool area for us. One of the best hotel breakfast with a good variety including biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage. This will be our go to hotel for Eureka.
