They were fabulous. They were very friendly and fixed my dryer in a timely manner. I ended up having to use them after carmonas was extremely rude and said we would have to wait at least 3 weeks. I strongly recommend them. If you want good customer service where you are treated with respect whilst having your need met in a timely manner I strongly suggest them.

We had a leaky dishwasher and an oven that wouldn’t hold temp. Joe worked with us on timing to schedule the appointment, was very professional and friendly during the visit, and was able to fix both issues in a timely manner.
I had originally scheduled with Sears but they couldn’t make it as soon as these guys and their quote ended up being way more expensive for the two jobs than what the final price was with these guys. I’m really glad I went with the local company. We are so happy to have our appliances back and functioning again.

Our year old dryer stopped blowing hot air! Called Bart and he came out the next day! He was able to order the part and it was completely fixed in a couple days! Highly recommend!

They responded quickly. First a phone call. Then a visit and the bad news. My only 4 or 5 year old whirlpool refrigerator with ice in the door was the worst model they ever made. He suggested the best brand. So we headed for helping hands united in Hamilton city and got a great new refrigerator for 1,300.00. Couple little surface scratches but Frigidaire. A number one brand our repairman suggested. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing. Our refrigerator was made by Maytag and retroed by Heartland. We were having issues and the parts are no longer available. Bart came up and rebuilt the freezer so it would shut tight. I’m so excited. Very meticulous work too.
