I give one star because I cant give no stars. This RV park has rules of their own and there are people who live herd that have nothing better to do then to butt themselves into others lives causing problems amoung families and friends. This I post as my mother is go in there this as we speak. My mom and I had a disagreement and argued like every family does that was the extent of the situation already i was leaving the situation when the manager and a neighbor have came to believe that there was anything more with is proposteous and insulting concerting that my boyfriend and had stood up for the neighbor when another neighbor got physical with her. Thats beside the point the poinf being the manger has been keeping me away from visiting and even helping my crippled mother that hasnt. Been able to grocery shop or shop at all for that matter. The property manager is hell bent even though ive done nothing have been very helpful to her and the park when I was here always. This is a problem that doesn’t need to exist and needs to be addressed and let go of. They have threaten my mom as to call cops or to evict my mom if and when she needs my help. This I find is wrong with the world the way it is today we need our families and to be kept from because of a neighbor that is lying just to keep my mother solitude and depending on strangers that doesnt have her as their best interest in mind. We need our families and as families there is disagreements that happens to all . that doesnt give anyone else any right to think that they know whats besf for that or any other but their own whats best for that family. Keeping me away from my mother will take her sooner then is called for. What they heard that day was me stomping on a phone that was thrown at my head with very good aim. . and I impressed but already on my way out had stomped on the phone and that is what whom ever that was outside may have heard. No yelling no physical abuse or name calling was present at that time. Its the neighbor that has the issues and the neighbor Terri that has the problems she has nothing better to do but to get into others peoples lives cuz hers isnt what ever she had hoped for or whatever her issues my be. We do not bother or even care who or what she does we have kept to our selves.

Hen I first got here from being a bar tender, cook and then prep cook next door my visits every so often only allows me to rate it at a2.5 do too coped up and or congested pop. The lake seemingly simular also does not provide justice for the means, but over the last eight too nine years my stay here is has been misleading lyrics comfortable, my own fight within, So, I am sure that as 2.5 works forward and or too and from that the overall alternative makes it a perfect garden of eden , a 5 and a zero or zero and a five and a special thanks too all those involved being here with all the opportunities and loyalties that the environment and help provided from 2,4 Elsa and 4,2 litigation and last but not least my extreme NBC all 4 one and 1 for all ,alone , one can only do so much and everyone should know by now there is no hunting or fishing in city limits

Under New Management! Lynn inherited BJ Wall’s Trailer Park earlier this year, after Bob and his wife earlier this year. And now, it is both one of the least expensive AND one of the best run trailer parks anywhere on Clearlake!

It is just across a 2-lane road from the beach, with a private dock and beach for residents only. It has a free-standing building with restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. The two gender-specific shower and toilets facilities are locked, with a small deposit required for each key. The laundry room, equipped with fairly new washers & dryers (two of each,) is in the same building.

The spaces for RVs and trailers are fairly large, and have well maintained, fully grown trees (mostly oak) for shade on almost every space. The monthly rent includes water, sewer hook up, and weekly garbage pick up. You just pay for the (metered) amount of the electricity used each month, and buy your own propane. The grounds are being updated, and they have at least one full-time employee maintaining the buildings and the grounds.

Lynn, the new owner, and her staff of one, are the most polite and respectful ‘resort owners.’
