First off I wanted to say thank you to our server Adrian. He went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. We had heard about this place on Instagram and wanted to check it out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and seated. The food was great and we appreciated Adrian’s patience with us asking about the menu items. He recommended the Flan for dessert and it was delicious!!!! We had small talk and he was delightful to talk too. Very profesional, respectful, kind and pacient. Overall we will be visiting often.Thank you Adrian!

They had us at the chips and Salsa! Our server was Adrian, and he is fantastic!!! Our table tried the tacos pastor, shrimp and asada, the enchiladas, the relleno, and steak! Omg! All the variety of flavors and the cohesive dishes are amazing! Then we topped it off with a few rounds of churros to share, which came out in these little palatero carts!!! Amazing service and can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you!!!

Stopped in for a quick lunch break on our way to Paso Robles. I had the torta, and my partner had some tacos with corn tortillas. It was absolutely delicious and just what we needed. The portion sizes is very generous, a perfect fill up for sure.

We went on Mother’s Day. We made reservations for 9…they took very good care of us.
The food tasted great.

We had such a great experience at Ay Caramba! Our server, Adrian, was excellent—very attentive and welcoming throughout the meal. The burritos were absolutely crazy delicious with homemade tortillas that made all the difference. We also tried the flan, which they prepare in-house daily, and it was outstanding—creamy, fresh, and the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for authentic flavors and amazing service!
