Avoid This Company!

My experience with this business was incredibly frustrating. I contacted them because my washer was leaking, and after scheduling an appointment, a technician with a strong accent (hard to understand) called to confirm his arrival.

After diagnosing the issue, the technician informed me that I needed four LG door gasket parts, totaling approximately $600, and that repairs would take an additional 2-3 business days due to the need to order parts. I found this both surprising and concerning.

I struggled to understand the technician’s explanation (too hard to understand with his strong accent), so I called the office to speak with a manager for clarification. I was promised a call back, but after waiting until 4:30 PM without hearing from anyone, I called again. The front desk claimed the manager couldn’t reach the technician because he was at another job. However, I called the technician directly after I got off the phone with the front desk and he answered immediately, suggesting he wasn’t busy as claimed. During that call, it seemed like a lady was telling him what to say, which only added to my confusion.

Moreover, I discovered the quoted price of $600 was excessively high. After doing some research, I learned that the LG door gasket, which my washer only needed one of, typically costs between $50 and $100. The technician tried to charge me $390 for the part and $200 for labor, which just felt exorbitant.

In search of a second opinion, I contacted another technician who quickly came out, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair in one visit for only $180.

I strongly advise against using this company due to their poor communication, high prices, and unreliable service. There are definitely better options out there!
