Our group came here after a long backpacking trip and was glad we did! Service was extremely fast. They got our burgers and sides out in no time.

You can tell they use quality ingredients from the burger patties to the buns.

Our group also thought their prices were reasonable and you got a good value for what you paid for.

The only reason I took a star off was because of the milkshake and one other in our group got. The texture was like soupy milk with cottage cheese. Toppings were also severely lacking. You could barely taste the Oreo or Reese’s in them.

I’m sure we will be back again for the burgers but will skip the shakes next time.

If you’re rolling through Erick Schat’s Roadhouse and don’t stop here… you’re doing your adventure wrong
We went full Nevada Adventure style on this stop and it did NOT disappoint. I ordered the Jalapeño B Burger and swapped in fresh onions instead of sautéed—game changer. That crunch with the kick from the jalapeños… absolutely dialed. Juicy, packed with flavor, and one of those burgers you keep thinking about miles down the road.

My wife went with the fish and chips but upgraded it Nevada style ditched the fries for a salad. Perfect balance. The fish was crispy, flaky, and cooked just right, and the salad made it feel like we were at least pretending to be healthy on this trip

Service was awesome, food came out quick, and the whole place just has that solid road trip vibe we love.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5: I really wish they offered a sampler platter with all the meats they serve and maybe a slider burger to try a little bit of everything. That would take this place over the top.

Still a MUST-STOP anytime we’re passing through Bishop. Add it to your adventure list you won’t regret it!
