I had a good lease experience and two good service experiences here. The lease (with Dennis) was quick and competent, and negotiation was transparent and straightforward. Had to bring the car back for an annoying small issue (a squeaky panel that only happened under certain conditions), and they (Frank and team) worked hard to replicate it and fix it. And when I broke one key fob, Bryan helped me fix it without charging me. People are understandably suspicious of dealers, but so far these guys have been stand up and solid.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. They kept me informed throughout the repair process, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered.
I was especially grateful that they provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. It made the entire experience so much more convenient and allowed me to continue with my daily routine without any disruption.
When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had also been washed. That thoughtful extra touch really showed how much they care about their customers and take pride in their work.

Went in to look at a used car they have for sale. Dennis brought it around for me and let me go for a test drive on my own. While the car didn’t end up being a match for me. Dennis was super helpful and not pushy at all. He offered to let me know if any similar vehicles pop up on his radar. And even checked out another similar vehicle for me right there.
Honestly one of the most pleasant experiences at a dealership I’ve had.
