This place is exactly what you would expect for the price and location. Service, location, riffraff around the place. Beds were at least clean and Ibsaw no bugs in our room. Room 212 air con worked fine.
Anyone complaining about this place, is comparing it to a higher class place. Want a better place, pay 3times more.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I would call it the landlord special of hotels. It wasn’t dirty or gross, but it was old, painted over, wasn’t well taken care of, but it was clean. First thing we checked was for bed bugs and did not see any signs of them. We did not have a car so we did not experience parking but I believe I saw a sign that said they’re not guarenteed to have a spot for your car. They are within walking distance to several restaurants, gas stations and the beach. We walked to the beach the night of our stay and the morning of. The “Breakfast” left much to be desired and we went elsewhere for breakfast. Again not gross, just slim pickens.
We would stay here again for the location and the price

Okay. Location is good close distance to everything. But they had mice!!!! Went to the breakfast room that was gross just like the rest of the place and seen a mouse running around on the ground! I told the manager (or owner) at the front desk they have mice and he straight ignored me. Didn’t say a single word and left me just standing there while he went about his business.

It’s $90 a night vs. $250+, deal with it. The building is old. I spent a week here for a conference. I am vegan and didn’t bother with the breakfast. It was a decent place to sleep and occasionally wash my body.
