Worst experience with the flooring company in my life
Literally worthless, complete waste of your time avoided all costs
The owner is named John and he is a fraud
I hired him to put in some new floor in my house. He said he would do it and then he proceeded to waste my time and after he goes by the house, he says I really think Carpet would be a better option for you.
When I told him I wasn’t interested in his opinion about whether the house is a rental or up for sale I just wanted what I asked for something that matches the other laminate flooring in the house
He hung up on me
Try any other place

Excellent customer service! They were so helpful and nice. Good remnants, haven’t decided yet on it but I’m definitely going back. Nice products/selection.

My experience with Carol Blair and custom blinds for my house was a fantastic experience. The blinds came on time, with a normal wait for custom products, and they work better than my expectations.

I purchased new flooring for my home and the owner along with the sales staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store again. I always appreciate working with locally owned businesses

James’ the old man has terrible customer service. He told us “good luck” finding what we were looking for and did not offer any help to load up our purchase. I highly recommend not shopping here if you want to be treated respectfully.
