Food was okay. Drinks over priced and service poor. Waiter came to the table twice on his own free will – once to take order, second time to drop off food. Self service on getting syrup and getting check. Said waiter stared hard at the handheld POS when filling out the tip. I wish he was as attentive serving as he was on his tip.
We gave this place a second chance because our last experience was terrible. Well, we shouldn’t have. The food was pathetic and clearly minimal effort – my roti was clearly frozen, not made fresh and wasn’t even heated all the way through. Our steak sandwich was bland, steak was overcooked and literally nothing had seasoning. The fries were soggy and undercooked. To charge upwards of $20 and then serve unseasoned, frozen food is honestly criminal. Also, their water glasses had a musty, eggy smell and made me gag.
Another Asian-inspired brunch restaurant in the county. Decor and menu is very similar to others, but there’s a slightly bigger focus on Benedicts and omelettes compared to the others. Service was good, restaurant was clean, and the vibes were solid. We didn’t have to wait for a table coming by on a Friday lunch break and the food came out quickly. The only downside is that the food itself is a bit heavy and unbalanced. The plates are large, but we were hard pressed to finish it. The potatoes and puffs were perfect, though. Probably won’t come back, but it was worth checking out.
Good French toast with their house made pandan sauce. Service was very friendly and attentive. Great decor: trendy and cute. I was there on a Sunday morning around 8:45am. No line for me, plenty of seats.
Came here for a double date and waited about 10 min for our table!
Good:
– Super cute inside, very clean and modern ambiance
-The pandan french toast was very fluffy and tasty
– The roti ham and cheese was amazing and super unique
– The ube latte was very sweet but super good too!
– The portion sizes are good, very filling food and the food is all so tasty!
Bad:
– A bit more expensive than other places
– Took a bit for our food to arrive
Overall enjoyed this place and liked the asian fusion brunch take.
