I had an extremely disappointing experience with this doctor’s office. The level of rudeness and lack of compassion from the front desk staff was unacceptable. Jasmine, the person who answered my phone call, was unprofessional. She was dismissive, impatient, and made me feel like my concerns were a burden rather than something that mattered.

When people contact a medical office, they are often seeking help during a stressful or vulnerable time. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, patience, and basic kindness. Unfortunately, Jasmine’s attitude showed the opposite — no empathy, no willingness to help, and no professionalism.

The front desk staff is the first impression of a medical practice, and this experience left a very negative impression. Management should seriously address this behavior and provide proper customer service training. Patients should never feel ignored or disrespected when trying to receive medical care.

If I could give no stars I would. My family and I have been caring for my mother that is bed bound. She was in the hospital for many issues and was sent home with a new medication list that was sent to Dr Chan. My mother is unable to get into his office as she is not mobile and has been a patient of Dr Chan’s for over 20 years. We called Dr Chan’s office many times to F/U on her medication that were not sent to her pharmacy. Here we are almost three weeks later and she has not been on her Warfarin because the Dr and nurse can not get it together. I can not get my mother into establish care with another provider as we can not get her to the office at this time due to her being bed bound. I work in the medical field and I’m sadden to see this type of patient care they are providing. As soon as we are able to transfer care we will. My Dad is a patient of his as well and he will definitely be transferred to another practice. Please reconsider sending your loved ones to this practice, please.
