A very clean room and bathroom. A well managed budget friendly hotel with a lot of upscale amenities like fridge, coffee maker, creamers, extra pillows, etc.. could use darker /heavier curtains. We had a great stay. Lot is fenced for more secured parking.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near several restaurants, you can literally just walk to them, which was so nice.
What really stood out to us was how helpful and accommodating the staff were. We had to leave earlier than planned because we needed to travel, so we weren’t able to stay for our scheduled fourth night. The staff went above and beyond to help us get a refund. They even called Expedia for us and helped coordinate everything so we could receive our refund.
We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Great location, clean rooms, and wonderful customer service. We highly recommend this hotel!

Cleanliness:
The room did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. The blanket had visible stains, the carpet was covered with large black dirty spots, the coffee cups were dirty, and I even found a dirty plastic lid underneath the nightstand. These were not minor issues—they suggested that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
Service:
After I showed the staff photos of the stained blanket, I expected the bedding to be replaced. Instead, they simply left two clean blankets in the room while the stained bedsheet remained on the bed. We were expected to put the clean blankets over the existing dirty bedding ourselves. A hotel should replace contaminated bedding when a guest reports it, not leave guests to deal with it on their own. I found this response unacceptable and far below a reasonable standard of customer service.
Sleep & Room Condition:
A very bright light from outside shined into the room throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, the room was old and poorly maintained. The furniture and facilities looked outdated, and even the two pillows on the bed were different sizes, making the room feel neglected.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced. Cleanliness, housekeeping, and the way this issue was handled all fell well below what I consider acceptable. I would not stay here again.

Very clean rooms and apparently recently renovated. I really appreciated the Roku -equipped TV and the in room K-cup machine. The people working were great. The water in the shower gets really nice and hot. I did want to point out a few issues. First, the dangerously slippery shower floor. They should really provide a rubber mat for the shower. Second, our room had no functioning built in AC or heat, just a provided space heater. The fan setting wasn’t enough to cool the room, we had to prop the room door open at times to reach a comfortable temperature. Third, there was no swing bar security on the door, just the key entry and deadbolt. A room with a door to the outside should really have all three security features. Last, the highway runs on both sides of the hotel, it’s situated right between the southbound and northbound lanes, so it’s LOUD. I know there’s nothing the hotel can do about that, but potential guests should take this into consideration.

My wife and I were traveling with our three young children and were simply looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. After a disappointing experience the night before at another locally owned hotel, we were very relieved to find The Snoozzz.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. They personally showed us to our room, which had two full beds and was perfect for our family. While the buildings seem to be older, they’ve clearly been thoughtfully remodeled and updated.
We especially appreciated some of the little details that are often missing at similarly priced hotels—things like full-size hand soap instead of single-use bars, a refrigerator and hairdryer in the room, and excellent lighting throughout. Most importantly, the room was extremely clean—it was the kind of place where you feel perfectly comfortable walking around barefoot.
The parking lot was also very clean and well lit, and we noticed there was no loitering around the property, which made us feel even more comfortable staying there with our kids.
The management was very friendly and clearly welcoming to families with children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There’s no doubt that the next time we’re in the area, we’ll be staying here again.
