While the initial communication and rental process was smooth, all 16 brown chairs I rented were very badly scratched up. I actually was embarrassed to put them out at my daughter’s bridal shower, but by then I had no choice. I will not rent at least chairs (nor tables, from a previous experience) again. These items need to be replaced ASAP.

We rented table linens and other miscellany items from here for our wedding – I know the linens are subcontracted, but when we were told they would come pressed, we didn’t think they would come pressed into the shape of the box they were shipped in! This severely affected set-up on the day – if we had known we would need to steam the linens ourselves, we could have planned for that time differently.
Everything else was as expected or better – loved that the folks there working helped us load and unload the truck. The person who helped us decide what we needed was also very helpful and knowledgeable, other than it would have been nice to know about the linens. But all-in-all, glad this business is part of our community.

We came here for a Bounce house, tables and chairs for our sons birthday party. The lady over the phone was so kind and friendly. She made everything easy to understand and the prices were very reasonable. They also made the pickup and drop off very simple. We highly recommend this business for anyone looking to give their kids an amazing birthday party and we will be coming back next year!

I was in charge of returning my friends items after her wedding. They were so easy to deal with despite me being utterly confused on what to returning how many to return. It was super easy to drop off. And they really helped on the phone before hand. My friend had left for her honeymoon out of the country and I had no idea what rentals went to what stores. The woman on the phone was able to go over the list and tell me exactly what I needed to bring in and the quantities. Overall great experience.

Nice selection of inventory, but we had a number of billing issues with this business. We run festivals in Nor Cal and they took a deposit and never returned it for a cancelled order which they still have not returned to us after multiple attempts to contact the business via phone and email. They also billed us for another event that we had nothing to do with which they reversed. Bummer because we would have liked to continue doing business with them!
