Unbelievable that this place is right next to a protected wildlife habitat, county park, and noise-restricted campground. Interesting how they advertise the “majestic redwoods” and a “forest retreat” when they are actively creating enough noise pollution to disrupt the environment around them. Wildlife was noticeably disturbed by the rampant concert-level noise created by this establishment. Noise continues after 11:00am; the extremely amplified sound set off multiple dogs in the area. Indian creek county park is home to many species of threatened and endangered owls, such as the northern spotted owl, protected under California law. Noise pollution interferes greatly with their ability to hunt and to stay oriented. I am sure that most nocturnal and crepuscular animals in the area go hungry on nights that this establishment is active. Especially during the time that I’ve spent here.

Beautiful venue for a wedding! If you are planning to have a wedding among redwoods, I highly recommend! There are plenty of options(airbnbs, lodges) to stay in! There aren’t any grocery stores near by so be prepared!

The Brambles is one of my absolute favorite venues to photograph weddings. Between the towering redwoods and close proximity to the ocean, you simply can’t beat it.

The property has several iconic buildings that are the perfect backdrop for timeless photographs. The natural light flooding through the trees makes for a romantic ambiance that can only be characterized as “special”.

As a wine lover, Anderson Valley is one of my go-to locations for wine! Between the wine, the atmosphere and Brambles management, you simply cannot choose a better location for your wedding.
