I had a wonderful experience with Telstar Charters! Shawn and Alex were the instructors for the day and they did a fantastic job helping everyone on the boat. We went to great locations and caught many fish. Overall, a great experience that I’d definitely do again. They also can clean your fish!

Had an AWESOME day out on the water! This was me and my buddys’ first time ever with this service, and ever targeting Rockfish and Lingcod. Cap’n Sean and his entire crew (special shout out to Alex) we’re absolutely fantastic. They were knowledgeable, knew the right spots, knew how to work with people of all skill levels, and most of all… knew how to have fun doing it! I would and will recommend this charter to anyone. You will likely be a little exhausted at the end of the day as it is pretty active catching fish and balancing on the sea (for those who aren’t used to it) can take a bit out of ya. Everyone limited on Rockfish and several Ling were caught as well.

Sean and the crew were awesome, fun to be around, and played damn good music. Very helpful to my boys (even though they are allegedly my adult kids.) Full limit for everyone on crab and fish! I had fun on my last charter with another company in Ft. Bragg, but the whole family and I had a BLAST with these guys.

Our family of 4 went on a whale watch in late March and the crew was so nice and accommodating! We had been out on the water for a while without seeing a whale and toward the end, just as we all assumed we were too late in the season to see any whales, the crew heard about some whales north of us. We went quickly north and saw a pod of 4-5 gray whales. It was a great save. I’d book them again.
