I contacted Tapestry Family Services four months ago (November) seeking a therapist for my child who was struggling with mental health issues. Unfortunately, the only assistance we received was a phone number for a crisis line. We were never scheduled for an appointment or given a path toward consistent care. If you are looking for active therapeutic support for your family, I would suggest looking elsewhere, as we found their intake process to be unresponsive.

How many times do you need to complete a contact form in order to hear back from them? They are very dismissive on the phone in regards to renewing my grandmother’s ride services and they do not reply to the application request form on their website.
