I didn’t buy my Subaru at Mcrea but I get it serviced here. The staff at Mcrea is always the friendliest. I say that because my customers and I routinely work with the big car maker service departments in Eureka. Sure you’ll pay those prices expected at the dealer service centers but you don’t always get such a nice staff, especially in Eureka.
Other service departments in Eureka need a little catching up. One is condescending toward women and kinda unfriendly altogether. Another occasionally straight up lies about things to their customers. A third is pretty friendly but they are so bogged down with work that it has taken its toll on their customer service staff so they are struggling to keep that smile 8+ hours a day. That all might be true for the fourth as well. You get the idea.
Anyway just my opinion and many others.

This place gives you the biggest run around when they’ve wrong you & the employees here refuse to resolve an agreed refund based on their mistake. I would not recommend doing business here. Also, there are no sale women
