Honestly, we were not pleased with how he treated us. We felt he was dishonest, or at least not completely truthful about things and it ended costing us $4,000. We felt like we were just a pay check to him. I wouldn’t work with him again nor recommend his services.

Steve called me about my review. He was aggressive and defensive. He kept saying I was taking money away from his family. I tried to explain why we gave him the review we did, but he only blamed us refusing to accept any responsibility for the situation. I didn’t want to argue with him so I had to hang up. Not very professional behavior.

I randomly selected Steven on Google after another real estate agent decided they were getting married and moving and with their full time job and school could no longer assist us, even though a viewing was set up. Desperate, I went on Google, found Steven and that weekend we saw a house we were interested in.

Steven has been really responsive, communicative, and great. He set us up with a great mortgage lender and within 6 weeks, we bought that house. He knew all the ins and outs of a VA loan, everything got approved for an off grid VA loan.

I cannot say enough about Steven and how dedicated and hard he worked to make this happen for me and my husband. He went the extra mile and we couldn’t be more happier. He negotiated things we could never have imagined or accomplished with anyone else.

I would recommend him over and over again.

Steve Bowne was great! He helped us with preparing our house for sale and any resources needed in that task. He met around our crazy schedule and he had our house sold the day after it went on the market. He was open and honest, which I really appreciated. We made more on our house than anticipated, thanks to Steve!
