Made a white mocha that was literally all foam when I asked for it to be remade she said it’s not foam it’s whipped cream!!! When I got to the beach I had half a cup of coffee because the baristas are uneducated on how coffee is made and the difference between FOAM AND WHIPPED CREAM!!!!! Don’t act like you know what ur talking about if you don’t!!!!

I sent my boyfriend to starbucks to get a grande strawberry acai energy refresher with no inclusions and light ice. When ordering he read from my exact text message and they gave him a strawberry acai LEMONADE refresher with no inclusions and light ice. When he went back not even 5 mins later they claimed he said lemonade while ordering and wouldn’t remake the drink unless he pays for an entirely new one. I’ve been drinking Starbucks for awhile and I’ve never run into the baristas requiring you to pay for an entirely new drink due to either a mistake by either party or miscommunication when you’re not happy with your drink.

I always enjoy stopping by Starbucks in Fort Bragg. The service is consistently fast, friendly, and welcoming. The team creates a relaxed atmosphere while still keeping things moving efficiently, even during busy times.
A special thank you to Tyler, the manager, whose attentive leadership truly stands out. He is approachable, professional, and genuinely focused on providing a great customer experience. His calm and positive attitude sets the tone for the entire store.

Its Starbucks, you know the place and what the product is. This location has a nice seating area and offeres a place to chill before heading out on travels.
Staff at this location were exemplary and brought drinks and food to us at the table. They treated everyone like they were a local.
