I can’t say enough about Dr. Sheth and the impact she’s had on my life.
When we first met, I had been on pain medications for nearly 15 years. My body had become completely dependent, and I knew I needed a change. I was later put on Suboxone by another doctor and remained on it for about 5 years—but the withdrawals from Suboxone were even more difficult than anything I had experienced before.
Dr. Sheth helped me finally break free from that cycle, and honestly, it saved my life.
She has been my doctor for years now, and through countless physical and mental health challenges, she has always been patient, compassionate, and truly present. She listens, she cares, and she never makes me feel like just another patient.

I had been a patient for many years at Alameda Family Medical Center. I started with Dr Candell…the very best doctor, ive ever had who I missed terribly when he left. After he left I was passed around from doctor to doctor. The last time I was there was 5 years ago, when we left California. While being treated treated at AFC doctor’s office, I was given HBP pills, because my last doctor claimed my blood pressure kept skyrocketing, she prescribed BP, RX…I was getting dizzy, i kept falling and I was scared I’d get a stroke. When we moved from California to a different state, i, of course, found a new doctor! When they checked my BP it was low to normal. I was so shocked…I exclaimed, “are you sure, please check it again”. I did not and never had HBP. My BP is normal and has been normal for over 5 years, since I found a new doctor who is not into pushing RX drugs. Why was the doctor at Family Medical Center kept insisting that my blood pressure was sky rocketing…she kept increasing the dosage of my meds…..when I never had high blood pressure in the first place? . It’s been over 5 years. Now…We left Alameda October 17, 2020. Ever since i stopped going to AFP, I have been in perfect health. Perfectly normal blood pressure and have never taken any dangerous pills since I now have a new doctor of 5 years. . I kept the pill bottle that was prescribed to me from alameda as souvenire!
