Comfortable Old School with chairs outside each room inviting conversation with passing guests. Front desk accommodates last minute room changes. Adjoining restaurant looks inviting. Multiple dinning options in walking distance.

This was such a pleasant surprise! We were in Mount Shasta and had not booked a room. The first few places we tried were sold out and then we drove up and found this little jewel. It’s older but everything is kept up incredibly well. The little details are everywhere and it was all very clean (from the rooms, to the grounds, to the eating areas, etc.). I was even able to charge my electric car overnight On property. We will be back!

Very cute and convenient spot. We’ve stopped here twice on roadtrips and it’s worked out great both times. Very convenient Tesla chargers right in the parking lot and this is a great place to stay if you are traveling with dogs. All the rooms open up to the outside and they have a little dog area the hotel calls “Piper’s Park.” I would note that our room had some tiny ants but was otherwise very clean and comfortable.

Overall, good. The coffee machine is a joke in the rooms, so small and cheap. Beds were comfortable, rooms stayed comfortable. Showers were good. Great location. Free ice. Free breakfast (to go bags). We stayed 2 nights, but please upgrade the coffee pot/maker in rooms. Price is fair.

Stayed one night passing through – frankly I picked it off web due pricing – pleasant surprise, we were given cabin 4 – all wood, beautiful fixtures, uber clean. This is more a resort than a motel, good places to eat all around -recommend the pizza across the street in the plant nursery for something you don’t see everyday… id definitely return to Shasta Inn for a night or a couple weeks!
