The girl at the dental clinic counter who was working at 2pm today (5-21-26) should be let go from your employment. She had ZERO customer service skills, was cold and heartless, did not try to help once and was demanding while not being understanding at all. And go figure she was apparently 100% WRONG as she was not looking at the correct chart for my son which caused my son to miss his appointment! AND was not apologetic and had ZERO remorse for HER mistakes! Please don’t let this person be a burden on your business and do the right thing for your patients and remove this cancer from your employment.
I was also not the only patient who had issues with her as two different people walked up to me after this incident and said she was the same way with them as she was with me. Take the hint here and do what’s right for your patients! Or expect more reviews like this one!

The nurses here are all tatted up and they don’t even look you in the eye when they talk to you. This place is definitely a clinic for poor people and they definitely have an agenda as soon as you walk in they try to put you on birth control and vaccinate you for any reason. They also change doctors frequently so you never see the same person. They assume you are lying about most things especially if you question their so called expertise. Brittany English tried to twist my words and make me seem like I wasn’t telling the truth about my own story and my own encounters with other doctors that I had. She failed to offer any support and literally stormed out of the office because I called her on her bullshit. She also got mad because I wouldn’t let her record me. Total creepy clinic vibe.

Good: My experience seeing a primary care provider and getting lab work at this facility was good.
Bad: Unfortunately they have administration issues, trying to communicate with them or even return their calls is a nightmare.
One example: They randomly booked an appointment I did not ask for. When I called to straighten out their error they actually hung up on me while I was talking.
I have other examples but you get the idea.
I liked my provider but I give up on this clinic.

The website says their Saturday lab is open until 12, but I got turned away at 11:30 and told they had taken their last patient of the day. Maybe the website should reflect the actual hours the lab takes patients instead of having people waste their time coming down on their day off.

My doctor, Brittany English, and doctor popplewell are both super amazing. I suffer from chronic pain and nerve damage and together they help me in so many ways Britney English is super amazing. I can’t even tell you how many years I went without going to a doctor and she makes me feel so comfortable. She makes me feel like she cares and understands and at first I was super skeptical of talking to another doctor because I don’t like change and no one understands me like Britney English, however Doctor popplewell covers for her when she’s not in the office and I couldn’t have been more blessed together they have helped me manage my pain and truly care about how I feel inside and out they help me reach my goals and definitely super understanding and I’m so thankful for both of them and the Clinic always has positive energy. The staff that work there are great even the security has a good attitude overall just a really good place and I’m so thankful for the Clinic
