Very bad people skills was looking at a product, and the worker Putting her hand in my face, trying to help another customer look at the same product I was looking at, didn’t use no manners. Excuse me none of the sort very very rude. Will not be going back.

They haven’t had the hair dye that I buy regularly for the past year that I’ve tried going to the store (argan one n only 3cp). I buy multiple tubes once every 1 1/2 -2 months and they haven’t ONCE had it when I’ve gone in. If you’re like me and you have to drive well over an hour to come to the only beauty store in the county I’d start considering this place completely unreliable and just plan ahead and order online instead.

The website will say its in stock you go down there and its not and the staff there are completely clueless of the products that there supposed to have. And if they dont want to help you they act stupid or just have plain attitude

I do not believe there has ever been a time that I have gone in the store that the staff has not been helpful. I have always had my questions answered. The only time I have walked out of the store without what I was looking for is because I might have been told by a family member that they were going to get it for me as a gift! 😉
They are very helpful and they listen. I have always been happy with the service, selection and the location in our town is great too!
