It’s a rental. They have tools and machinery. I try to avoid them. The equipment is old and worn out in my experience. Even when they get paid for insurance they still charge you if something breaks. I’ve rented Equipment in Willits and Ukiah and hauled them the hour it takes to get to Fort Bragg just to get something that won’t break down half way through
