The milkshakes were good. Got the strawberry and the banana and both were great with nice little fruit bits

My family and I were visiting from out of town for a birthday event and we came upon Renees. We were so lucky we did! The restaurant is cozy, warm and welcoming and the staff is so friendly, efficient and thoughtful. Now let’s talk about the food…WOW! My partner had the tuna melt with fries, I had the burger and my mom had the blt with the soup. Everything was so fresh and delicious and the wait staff was so attentive and took excellent care of us. I saw multiple people around us ordering milkshakes and ice cream sundaes and they were raving about them. I was very close to getting one. However, the burger and sweet potato fries were a generous portion and I was stuffed. I highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to come back when I’m visiting family next time.

Simple diner with lovely staff and great food! Their breakfast is my favorite but recently I tried one of their burgers and was not disappointed!
Some things are pricy, like the $4 to upgrade to seasoned, curly, or sweet potato fries but otherwise Renee’s is my favorite in town and I think for the price it’s better than other similar places.

Great food and great atmosphere! This place never fails for a quick bite on the run, or spending a relaxing weekend with the family. Their shakes here are awesome with a variety of flavors! You can choose to eat inside with comfort or outside under their covered areas, which are great for groups or enjoying the summer weather. This place is walking distance from the new Lakeport Park, the marina or downtown shopping. Limited parking space with some street side parking.
