The food was fantastic. The service was a little slow but she was by herself. But be careful we grab the tablet that was on the Table thinking that you had to order by yourself. My son played one game and they charged me $2.95 for entertainment fee there is nothing posted anywhere that there would be a fee

It’s a great place to go…if you don’t like fresh food. Used a $10 reward and got a kids meal for takeout. I walked in and waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I could see my order from the door. Pizza felt as frozen as straight out of the box. The drink was warmer than the fries were. There was more sauce than there was crust. They ask me to do a survey? Just a “thank you for your input” response from an automated system. Never heard back from an actual person. Just a one-off? Nope. Last time I went in a few days prior for my birthday my food came out cold. They ignored us until they came over to offer boxes about ten minutes later. When I told them my pizza from the “big yum” deal was cold (and had only eaten a single piece because it was nasty) they couldn’t even be bothered to comp off the drink too. They comped off the meal and added on a drink! They comped it off and offered me a box to take home the cold pizza if I so wanted to. I waited about 30 minutes to get seated, 20 to order, and then was served cold food. The reason the manager gave? The servers weren’t helping our server run her food. Alright? My boyfriend’s food came out fresh though? Terrible food on my birthday. Advice if you’re considering going? Don’t. They’ll guilt trip you for complaining that you want a good experience.
