It’s refreshing to finally find an honest auto shop. Ray and his team are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They take time to explain things in depth in a way that anyone can understand. They are also able to make appointments and communicate in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a great auto shop, look no further!

Came in to get my exhausted adjusted as it had started touching an air spring (which melted the spring). They did a great job fitting me in quickly and putting the exhaust back in place, but then also they happened to have the air spring I needed stored away. They sold it to me for a great price and installed it as well. What I thought was going to be 2 trips to different shops or a bunch of work I had to do myself they covered. My best experience at a auto shop ever

I have been a client of Ray’s Old Town Auto and Muffler for over 20 years. Now I have a family and we all bring our cars to Ray. He always makes sure our vehicles are safe and reliable. This place is more than just an auto shop, they are family. We are always treated with kindness and generosity. We will never take our rigs anywhere else. Thank you to the whole family at Ray’s Old Town Auto.

Great level of service. I was sent here by the local Hyundai dealer when I had an issue with my vehicle and they were too “busy” to help out. Went over here and they were helping me with minutes. Excellent level if service in this age when it’s hard to find excellent level of service or anyone caring anymore . Highly recommend to anyone.

I truly appreciate Ray’s because you can trust them. They are very upfront. They do whatever they can to help you… The best part is you don’t have to worry about being paying too much, just know that you’re gonna get great service and your car fixed fast. So happy with their service.
