I have been a resident of Rancho Chico Mobile Home Park for 2 years. Rancho Chico has Great management staff. Stephanie and Jesse are professional, kind and considerate. They make sure all of the residents feel welcomed and they even go out of their way if needed. They have added a sense of community bringing residents together for events and contests. Stephanie and Jesse always treat you with dignity and respect, exhibiting a calm and inviting spirit when we come in for office business. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a mobile in a park to specifically look for one at Rancho Chico MHP and see Stephanie to apply for the lease.

I have lived here for a year and the park is changing because of the fire in paradise. It’s a good change but the park needs to take a more positive hands on approach to park. You can not run a 221 house park with just a few people. To many things that are not addressed until they feel like getting to them. The can’t see it from my house attitude.

My dad lives here and I come by to visit and hang out with him at least once a week. He has lived here for about 3 years now and from my experiences here with him it’s a great place to live. It’s peaceful and quiet and well maintained. There is a very strong sense of community here. There is always some community event or another that is getting ready to happen. The swimming pool is safe and clean. I enjoy spending time here with my dad and I am happy he lives in such a great place.
