First time making my 4 year olds birthday party here and NOT booking here again. Kids had a fun jumping of course but your basically bound to the jumping arena for 1 hour and I had alot off kids and parents coming up to me within 15-20 minutes of them jumping asking for something to drink cause of course there going to be thirsty and I didn’t have access to the waters we brought cause there was another party in the party room and they couldnt set up our stuff yet, So It was extremely inconvenient and embarrassing that you have jumping active kids and not access to the drinks when there thirsty cause the party room is only for the last 30 minutes of the full 1 hour and half so its literally 30 minutes for everyone to drink /eat pizza/singing happy bday with cake and then opening presents … the staff also wasnt at all communicating with any of it and the 1 staff running our party was literally standing there watching us eat and i get thats what she was there for to “help” but it more felt like very rushed and awkward. I ordered pizzas from there and the pizza was soooo soggy we couldnt evan pick it up. I payed a total of almost 600$ for the 1 hour and half and couple pizzas and some Sodas and it was the worst experience ive ever had throwing any of my kids parties it was SOOOO NOT worth it at all. There definitely needs to be some sort of changes to the way the system there is ran. My daughter’s friends mom was also going to throw her kids bday here and opt to not anymore after our party.
My kids have always loved going to Pump It Up, but this was our first time hosting our own party there. The staff was so kind and friendly and gentle interacting with the kids. Love that the kids are contained and time structure to usher them all into pizza and cake time together. Would recommend and would have another party there again!
