It was a very professional experience. Dr Samuel is very caring and thorough. Gave me a referral to get x-rays on my ankle and I did so right after the appointment. We discussed physical therapy, which I’m hoping to put in my schedule.
Seeing a PA, Tabitha Paul for doctor Modenos, today. She was giving excellent answers to my questions and was very thorough in her assessment of my particular situation. I felt very comfortable that I was well taken care of. Also, I didn’t feel that meeting was on the clock.
The first doctor I saw here misdiagnosed pretty much everything and soon after I saw him left the practice. I was assigned to another doctor but never met her– she too left the practice before our scheduled “Meet and Greet” which is required but has no impact on care because it’s scheduled so far into the future.
In the meantime, I’ve seen PAs but none have done a thorough workup. I’ve have had to come back and see a PA again for referrals to any type of specialist.
Recently I went to Providence Urgent Care and the nurse there said I needed to see a cardiologist immediately and contacted Providence Cardiology. But I couldn’t get a cardiology appointment without another PA appointment, which wasn’t available for a couple of weeks.
I will be looking for other medical options in Santa Rosa.
My experiences have always been very pleasant from staff at the reception desk to nurses bring you in to the room for your appointment to meet with your Doctor or Nurse practitioner. Very professional and informative. You are always treated with humility. I highly recommend you visit the facility if you are looking for a change and see for yourself!!!
