I had a very uncomfortable experience at this dental office.
The woman who performed my scan repeatedly told me to open my mouth wider, and the process took an unusually long time. I was already trying my best to keep my mouth open, but she continued asking, “Can you open up more?” without offering any reassurance or acknowledging my discomfort. By the end, my mouth felt numb and my jaw joint was extremely painful from being held open for so long. I have had dental scans at other offices and have never experienced this level of discomfort. Her manner also felt cold and mechanical rather than caring or patient.
The dentist himself was polite, and I appreciated that he cleaned the area where my wisdom tooth extraction site had not completely healed. However, he told me that I had a lot of bacterial infection and recommended a “gingivitis cleaning.” None of my previous dentists had ever mentioned that I had gingivitis, so I was concerned that the treatment might not be necessary and decided not to proceed.
I went to another dentist today for a second opinion. That dentist told me my teeth were very clean, and said there were no problems requiring this type of treatment.
Because of the painful scanning experience and the major difference between the two dentists’ assessments, I did not feel comfortable returning to this office.
Eve was very gentle and efficient cleaning my teeth. Banessa is amazing, love her. Dr. Kong is the best. He really knows his patients well and what is needed.
Dr. Kang has been my dentist for many years I have been happy with all the work he has done for me as well as the team members at the office. My partner also chose him to be his dentist lately.
This place is amazing. All the staff are so nice and the quality of dental work is fantastic. Eve did my cleaning. She was so nice, professional, and did a very thorough job but was gentle at the same time. My mouth feels the cleanest its ever been. Thank you Eve!

Dr. Kong always does a great job! Was in California visiting and I needed a crown and he got it done in a couple hours. Amazing job!
