Prompt service and good prices. They have always taken good care of me when working on my own vehicles

Oh my gosh this store is a joke, I was in there lost and needed help and not one employee came and asked if I needed help. Their were 5 employees at the counter 5 and not one asked me if I needed anything. Now I’m driving 30 minutes to ukiah because this business doesn’t deserve my money. I should of known buying and staying local never turns out.

Really good and local people run this and they are wonderful. Anytime I need to know about parts for my car they are right on it. Like it is local

Always have what you need, staff are always so nice and knowledgeable. All the tips I’ve been given on maintaining my vehicles have always helped or even saved 100’s of dollars. Our Napa is great!

I was travelling by (rental) car and spent one night in Willits. It was raining the evening we arrived and the wipers in the rental car were shot! The next morning I went to get new wipers and was assisted by Calvin; what a great guy! He was super friendly, and very helpful, taking off the old wiper and installing the new. Great service which is getting harder and harder to find these days.
