Drove from San Francisco to Hayward to look at a 2019 Mercedes C300. When I arrived, the vehicles on the lot were dirty on the outside. The listing did not disclose that the panoramic sunroof was inoperative or that the right front bumper was coming loose. After making the trip, it was disappointing to find those issues, so I didn’t even bother taking the car for a test drive. It ended up being a waste of time and gas.

BE AWARE THEY TRIED TO TEAR ME UP FOR $1,800 AS A BANK SERVICE CHARGE. DEFINITELY UNACCEPTABLE AND I FEEL MISLEAD AS A CUSTOMER.

Where can I start with this review? My husband traded in his truck for a Minivan, we’re a family of six so this was much needed! He’d been eyeing this Van for weeks now! And today we finally stopped by the lot, got to take it on a test drive and immediately fell more in love.
