Good food. Bad service. I got constantly ignored. I was the only one in my group who ordered in English, maybe I was targeted for that. Constantly have to ask for water, and when I finished it as soon as I received it, since I didn’t get one for about 15min, my empty cup was ignored for the rest of my visit. Very rude waitress. I felt discriminated against because I spoke English. I will not go here again or recommend it to anyone that I know who speaks English only. And, no it was not busy, there were only my table and another one.
Now the stuff that should’ve mattered, but instead the bad service took center stage. The food. I got the churrasco dish. It’s basically meat in sauce with rice and a side of fries. The rice portion was sufficient, but the meat portion, and I kid you not, the meat was a tablespoon’s worth of meat. I got 2oz of meat, 6oz of rice and a side of fries. How are those proportional?
I was really rooting for this place too.
Also, the music they had on was EXTREMELY LOUD! You had to yell at the person next to you just so you can understand them

IT SHOULDNT MATTER WHEN REVIEWS OF SERVICES ARE POSTED. PEOPLE HAVE LIVES TO GET TO AND ATTEND TO. THE POLICIES OF SAID BUSINESS DOESNT MATTER WHEN ONE, OR A FEW, CERTAIN EMPLOYEES DONT FOLLOW THEM. PLEASE DONT BELITTLE THE CUSTOMERS AND HOW THEY FEEL DURING SERVICES. MY REVIEW STANDS-EVEN MORE SO NOW WHEN OWNERSHIP TRIES TO DISMISS THEM.
